Bigger and more capable!

Today marks an important day at Poligrāfijas Apgādas – we have completed the reconstruction of our hangars and installed a paper reel cutting machine!

Over the last ten months, we have invested €580,000 and completely renovated two hangars with a total area of 900 square metres, equipped to provide excellent climatic conditions for paper storage.

Our team has already mastered the new Atrocut II machine and can now offer this service to our customers – cutting paper rolls into sheets.

Some of the challenges faced by the printing industry are the long waiting times to receive the product from the mills, the production of paper that is available only in rolls while printing jobs require paper in sheets and the unavailability of special paper sizes.

In order to help print houses deal with these challenges, Poligrāfijas Apgādas has taken the step forward to offer a sheet cutting service to facilitate the availability of the required product for print projects. Find out more about the serviceread more here.
