1.General

SIA “Poligrāfijas Apgāds” (POLAP) is a wholesale company that serves legal entities daily.

For individuals, goods can be purchased in accordance with these terms of cooperation, observing the established order of ordering, payment, and delivery.

2.Ordering

Orders are accepted on working days from 8:00 to 17:00 :

• via e-commerce platform;
• via e-mail;
• by phone.

An order is considered accepted after POLAP sends a confirmation to the client.

3.Prices and Surcharges

All prices are indicated in euros without VAT, unless otherwise specified.

Picking Fee

If the quantity specified in the order line is less than a full manufacturer’s package (e.g., a pallet, package, or other manufacturer’s packaging), a picking fee of EUR 5.00 (without VAT) is applied for each such order line.

If the same product is split across multiple order lines within the customer’s order (for example, to indicate different job numbers), but is picked together in the warehouse, the picking fee will be applied only to the actual number of partial manufacturer’s packaging units picked.

The picking fee is applied for additional work related to unpacking the manufacturer’s packaging, completing the required quantity, re-packaging the remaining goods, as well as administering and accounting for this non-standard order.

The fee is indicated as a separate item on the invoice.

Depending on the volume of cooperation and individual cooperation conditions, clients may be eligible for discounts on the picking fee. Your POLAP sales representative will provide additional information.

4.Delivery

For clients in Riga, we provide two routes:

• Route 1: delivers goods ordered the previous day by 17:00;
• Route 2: delivers goods ordered on the current day by 13:00.

Order Delivery Amounts and Times in Riga:

If the total value of the order is above EUR 200* and the delivery location is Riga, goods delivery is free of charge.

If the total value of the goods does not exceed the specified amount or the delivery location is not Riga, a surcharge of EUR 25* is applied for delivery.

Order delivery time is according to the above.

Order Delivery Amount outside Riga:

If the total value of the order is above EUR 300*, goods delivery is free of charge.

If the total value of the goods does not exceed the specified amount or the delivery location is not Riga, a surcharge of EUR 35* is applied for delivery.

Orders must be placed by 13:30. Delivery will be provided the next day.

We constantly make trips throughout Latvia, so feel free to contact us to find out the nearest planned delivery time.

Self-pickup:

For your convenience, goods can also be picked up by coming to our warehouse:

In Riga, Lejupes iela 15, from 8:00 to 17:00 , but no earlier than 2 hours after receiving order confirmation. Ordering time until 15:00.

Prepaid orders can be picked up at the warehouse 2 hours after receiving payment confirmation.

We offer express deliveries in Riga within 3-4 hours from the time of ordering for EUR 30*. Orders have weight and volume restrictions. Delivery time depends on the courier’s workload.

5.Payments

Payments to POLAP are made only by bank transfer.

For new clients, the first orders are made with 100% prepayment.

For regular clients, after evaluating cooperation, it is possible to conclude a Goods Supply Agreement, which provides for deferred payment terms.

6.Discounts and Individual Cooperation Conditions

Depending on the volume of cooperation, regularity, and other cooperation criteria, POLAP clients may be subject to individual price, delivery, and other cooperation conditions.

Your POLAP sales representative will provide information on the applicable conditions.

7.Final Provisions

POLAP reserves the right to make changes to these terms of cooperation. The current version of the terms of cooperation is always available on the company’s website.
