Changes to Order Picking Fees Effective 1 August

To ensure accurate and efficient order processing, from 1 August 2026 we will introduce an order picking fee for orders requiring quantities smaller than a full pallet or the manufacturer’s original packaging unit.

Processing such orders involves additional manual and administrative work, including opening the pallet or packaging, separating and recording the required quantity, and repackaging and managing the remaining stock.

50% discount during the transition period

In recognition of our valued cooperation and to ensure a gradual transition to the new order picking arrangements, a 50% discount on the order picking fee will apply to all customers from 1 to 31 August.

During the transition period, the fee will be:

EUR 2.50 plus VAT for each applicable order line.

Standard order picking fee from 1 September

From 1 September 2026, the full order picking fee will apply:

EUR 5.00 plus VAT for each order line where the quantity ordered is smaller than a full pallet or the manufacturer’s original packaging unit.

The order picking fee will not apply to orders consisting of full pallets or complete manufacturer’s original packaging units.
