Product Returns and Claims – New Online Forms and Updated Policy

To streamline submissions through digitalisation, improve your customer experience, and accelerate the handling of returns and claims, we have introduced two new online forms and updated our return policy.

Important: If you would like to return goods or submit a claim, please first contact your POLAP Sales Representative to briefly discuss the situation. This helps us agree on the next steps faster. If you notice any non-conformity upon delivery, please inform us before signing the delivery note (PPR). If the defect is hidden and becomes apparent later, please notify us within 5 business days of discovering it (but no later than 30 calendar days from the delivery date).
Transport information: If you choose POLAP to organise the return transport, additional transport costs may apply. We will always agree these costs with you in advance.
