POLAP Masterclass – Budgets, Plans and Meals!
Yesterday we held a team meeting where each member contributed and shared ideas for the future of the company. 
Each staff member was challenged to prepare two slides with a thorough analysis of the situation. It was a great way to look into our current processes and develop strategic steps for the company’s development.
Later member of the Polap board Linda Lapshared important information about the company’s strategy and goals for this year, which gave us all a clear direction and motivation for the year ahead.
We finished the day with a cooking masterclass in Rice Kitchen School on their premises! 
This not only strengthened our team spirit, but also allowed us to enjoy a great time together, sharing both the joys of cooking and life.
