As the most powerful line in Latvia for efficient large-format roll conversion (sheeting), the ASTROCUT II delivers high output and impeccable cut quality.

Guillotine Trimming: POLAR 137 ED AUTOTRIM
A professional-grade guillotine for trimming sheet materials to any required size with the highest degree of repeatability.
Cutting Parameters:
- Width up to 1370 mm, pile height up to 165 mm.
- Technology: Autotrim function for automated waste removal and the CutManager smart control system for precision up to ±0.01 mm.
We package finished sheets according to client specifications. If required, we utilize the Baumann BSW 3-1000LV pile turner with air and vibration functions prior to packaging. This ensures the material reaches the client perfectly aligned and ready for immediate printing or finishing.
